It makes me Sick when highly Deceitful people bang on about 'only circumstantial evidence' when it's a Fact that all court trials have been based on circumstantial evidence since the wheel was invented & Always Will BE. Of course this a##wipe hasn't mentioned the Fact that Conley's DNA was on the bottle of Colchicine. The bottle that she Staged in Adam's car With the receipt months later because he & He specifically, hadn't been arrested. The fact is that She wrote that letter accusing Adam & setting out What Happened & she sent it to the medical examiner's office first. When nothing happened about That, she sent it to the cops. She outlaid Exactly how & when Mary ingested the poison. Conley was the only person present at the clinic when Mary was poisoned via a protein shake. Conley ordered the poison & paid for that via pre-bought credit cards. The poison was ordered from the clinic on a day when only Conley was present. The person who took that order said she only ever spoke to a softly spoken young female. Conley & Adam had a very toxic relationship & there were several break-ups. At one stage she was giving him capsules that she said were to help his 'brain concentration' for study. Adam was very ill for many weeks & suffered similar gastric illness. He stopped taking the capsules & finally got better. During another break-up, she went to the police & accused him of r#pe. Because of text messages to him, she later retracted that allegation. She'd also told Adam that he didn't remember the night because he was so drunk he'd had a blackout. On another occasion when they broke up, she told him she'd had an abortion. The relationship was totally finished at the time of Mary's death when Adam was actually away for 2 days visiting his sister on the other side of the country. Conley didn't know this. The clinic was in the process of being sold & Conley was to lose her job. Nobody could know what conversations Mary may have had with Conley throughout the period of the on & off relationship. After Mary' death, Conley was on hand straight away to console Adam & they got back together but not for long & she then went back to her toxic self. She got away with being given 23 years. She should be locked up for Life as her heinous crime was premeditated. .

Besides the evidence presented for the first trial, because that was a hung jury, the cops dug deeper & found a back up of her phone on Adam's computer. Kaitlyn had deleted that highly incriminating evidence from her phone. Included were her Google searches about poisons including arsenic. Included were the body weight ratios of poison for Adam & his mother Mary & that info showed Kaitlyn had worked out Exactly how much Colchicine to give Mary to kill her. The jurors for that trial were people who not only knew Kaitlyn's family, but one in particular, knew her. Her family were wealthy & very well thought of in the community. Unfortunately, 3 of Mary's sisters defended Kaitlyn, conned into believing that Mary's husband had already started the affair with their sister before Mary's death & they were sus about him for a few other reasons that were ridiculous & from a totally Biased mindset. This guy is full of shit & please Note that he worked for the Defence. Due to her & her family's manipulative behaviours, Mary's whole family split apart & the same 3 sisters & one of their sons even blame Adam as well now. There's no accounting for Stupid.

They dishonour their sister Mary in several ways besides in relation to what they are saying about her poor son. Shame on them.

There was No evidence against the husband, there was No evidence against the son. And zero evidence against anyone else. There was Lots of evidence against Kaitlyn & as a person who used poison as a weapon she was arrested asap because she was a Danger to others. She'd been giving Adam capsules a while before she killed his mother saying they were for 'brain concentration' to help him study. He became very ill with similar gastric symptoms. Family members are on their bandwagons knowing that the public listening were not present for the trial & have very little knowledge of the Actual evidence that the police had against her. I feel no pity for these 5, they are being highly Deceitful. Even the nephew joined in because his mother is one of Mary's sisters who sided with Kaitlyn for no other reason than Bill started a relationship with their sister after Mary's death & they all decided to accuse Adam as well for No reason at all, he wasn't even in town. Kaitlyn's parents were well known, very well thought of & wealthy citizens for that small town, clearly Mary's sisters had some weird Agenda going on. Shame on them all.

They listened to the same police interviews as everyone else, Kaitlyn told the detective that Adam could Not access her phone. There is a Time sequence surrounding all that she did before, there is No getting out of the Premeditation & the fact that she & nobody else Ordered that poison & She was the only person in the office The day Mary ingested it. Besides all the other evidence that put her where she will stay. These people can't even come up with Any relevant points to show Anybody else.
